Responsibilities and Duties
- Provide customer support via phone calls for international customers, in multiple languages.
- Troubleshoot customer queries and requests.
- Manage customer expectations and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Document customer interactions for review and follow-up.
- Utilize computing and technical expertise to respond to customer inquiries.
- Regularly review customer feedback and take measures to improve customer service.
- Inform customers on the steps to follow to exploit services of the company.
- International Calling experience.
- Quick and attentive speaking with the clients.
- Convincing skills/International Tele marketing skills.
- Able to generate leads through cold calling.
- Leads generation towards Sponsors and Exhibitors.
- Lead conversation and successful closing
- Maintaining the Monthly target and achievement report documents.
- Achieving the monthly given revenue target.
- Customer Interaction / Relationship
Job Brief
- Handle customer’s problems, enquires, and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
- Provide support to customers in multiple languages via phone, email, or chat.
- Recognize and refer potential complaints that require support from supervisors.
- Ensure that customer queries are addressed in a timely and accurate manner.
- Regularly update customer database with accurate information.
Requirements and Skills
- Strong ability to communicate in multiple languages.
- Excellent problem-solving and customer service skills.
- Good working knowledge of computers and telephone systems.
- Patience with customers and ability to handle tough situations.
- Ability to work in shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays.

inbound, outbound, email and chat international only and candidate must and technical knowledge and troubleshooting knowledge.
Skill set - V6 only.
Shift to timings - 3.30am to 12.30 pm & 7.30pm to 4.30 am.
Preferable candidate - males only.( No girls )
