👨💼 Open Position: Customer care executive
Job Role:
As a Customer Support Representative, you will be responsible for managing all customer interactions across channels. Provide accurate and complete information to customers using the right tools and methods.
Job Description:
● Provide superior Customer Experience on Chat/Email/Call.
● Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools
● Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times
● Collaborate with team members, and customer service teams to ensure a superior customer experience.
● Follow the company’s communication procedures, policies, and guidelines at all times
● Deliver excellent results measured by customer satisfaction, effectiveness, efficiency, and quality.
🎯Minimum Qualifications & Requirements:
● 12th pass can apply
● Freshers are also considered
●Good Communication Required .
● Rotational shifts .
Day shift : 9am to 6pm OR 10am to 7pm
Night shift : 5pm to 2am OR 6pm to 3am .
● 6 days working 1 week off .
Drop facility available for night to : Bali station , Howrah station , Bairakpur station and Ruby station .
Salary: INR (per month)
11 ctc to 13k ctc
