Designation: Pre-Sales Executive.

Position Overview:


Position for individuals with 1+ years of experience in Real Estate with a graduate degree.


Key Responsibilities:

1.    Identify and qualify potential leads.

2.    Engage with prospective clients to understand their needs.

3.    Conduct product demonstrations and presentations Collaborate with the sales team for the site visit

4.    Assist in preparing proposals, quotes, and presentations.

5.    Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.

6.    Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.

 

Skills and Requirements:


1. Minimum 1+ years of sales or pre-sales experience in Real Estate.

2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

3. Strong presentation skills.

4. Proactive and results-driven approach.

5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

6. Proficiency in Excel.

7. Knowledge of locality is a plus.

8. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

9. Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.

10. Adaptability and willingness to learn new technologies and processes.

11. Customer-focused mindset with dedication to exceptional service.


Responsibilities:


1. Initiate outgoing calls to propose and arrange site visits for potential customers.

2. Identify customer needs, provide solutions, and suggest suitable sites for visits.

3. Follow up promptly with potential customers to maintain interest in site visits.

4. Manage outbound calls efficiently to prioritize site visit arrangements.

5. Document all call information accurately in the CRM.

6. Meet qualitative and quantitative targets for site visits.

7. Utilize strong knowledge of available sites to qualify customer needs effectively.

8. Demonstrate sales aptitude by suggesting additional properties during site visit proposals.

9. Ensure exceptional customer experience by creating positive rapport and brand awareness.

10. Follow up internally to ensure timely action on customer requests.

11. Schedule site visit appointments via reminder calls, ensuring adherence to schedule.

12. Communicate professionally with internal and external customers, emphasizing site visit benefits.

Ability to commute/relocate: Bengaluru, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Day range: Weekend availability
