Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic Telesales Specialist to join our team in Kolkata. The position is mid-level and full-time, requiring a minimum of 4 years to a maximum of 6 years of relevant work experience. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, closing sales, and contributing to our overall business development strategy through effective telesales and negotiation skills.
Qualifications and Skills
- Proven work experience of 4-6 years in telesales and lead generation.
- Exceptional sales skills (Mandatory skill) with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong negotiation skills (Mandatory skill) to close deals effectively.
- Experience in business development, identifying new markets and client needs.
- Proficient in contract negotiation with the ability to draft, interpret, and manage contracts.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients from various backgrounds.
- Demonstrated capability in international sales, navigating different cultures and business environments.
- Lead generation (Mandatory skill) expertise to identify, qualify, and contact potential customers.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound sales calls to potential clients and create compelling sales pitches.
- Identify and generate new leads through various channels and follow up diligently.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Maintain detailed records of sales activities, client interactions, and transactions.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to refine and improve sales strategies.
- Provide regular updates and reports on sales activities and progress to the management team.
- Maintain a strong understanding of the company’s product offerings and market conditions.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and client satisfaction.
