Responsibilities for Sales Manager:
1. Manage lead flow and assign new leads daily.
2. Ensure customer satisfaction and maintain dealer relationship and commitment to grow the On-Highway business.
3. Ensure that the US Sales Team meet and exceed sales targets.
4. Devises sales strategies & techniques necessary for achieving sales targets.
5. Produce sales & marketing communications as and when required.
6. Recruit, manage, motivate and train up sales teams.
7. Coach Member Engagement Advisors through role-playing and shadowing club tours, giving them tools to improve and develop stronger sales and customer service skills.
Supervises a team of B2B Sales Executives at varying skill levels and business experience.
8. Coaches Account Managers in strategies on developing new business through pre-generated leads and ensuring the growth of existing accounts through fostering and maintaining strong business relationships.
9. Coaches and develops reports to be strong self-managers.
Qualifications for Sales Manager:
• Significant experience in successfully managing and owning challenging sales budgets, building yearly plans for a business and delivering on both revenue and cost targets on a consistent basis.
• Ability to quickly acquire new skills and insights.
• Be able to sell highly complex business propositions to executive /board level members.
• Excellent sales management skills and experience.
• Strong financial competencies.
• Ability to close deals & mentor team to effectively achieve targets.
• Of 5 years spent in a Sales Management role
