Job Brief:
We are looking for an Asst. Vice President in our Digital Marketing team to manage, develop, implement, track and optimize our digital marketing campaigns across all digital channels for one of our reputed client in Educational Industry.
This role requires the manager to lead a team of over 25 marketing professionals and hence someone who has prior experience in leading teams of at least 20 executives will be required.
This person will be directly reporting to the management of the organization.
Work experience with Edtech/Education clients/brands is mandatory.
Responsibilities:
- Planning, budgeting, forecasting the lead requirements basis business targets with management
- Plan and monitor digital marketing strategies across SEO, SEM, Social Media, Email, SMS, and 3rd Party Channels
- Mentor teams to maintain our digital marketing presence
- Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
- Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
- Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
- Have a solid understanding of conversion rates across various channels
- Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience
- Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
- Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners
- Develop lead generation campaigns, objectives, goals, metrics, and define best practices, standards and processes to drive successful customer acquisition
- Communicate, coordinate and educate the sales team on plans and outcomes for better target allotment
- Track lead flow to ensure the appropriate sales channels are following up on marketing leads in a timely manner
- Lead a team of 25+ digital marketing professionals
Requirements:
- Proven working experience in digital marketing – Search and Social
- Past relevant experience of working in education or edtech
- Past experience in managing a team of more than 10 people or multiple agencies
- Strong understanding of conversion rates across various channels in EdTech
- Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
- Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels
- Solid knowledge of website analytics tools
- Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords and Facebook Ad campaigns
- Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript from a UI/ UX perspective
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
- Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
