Responsibilities for Project Manager

● Person should be responsible for implementing appropriate and effective project management.

● He will be responsible for guiding and managing coordination with vendors through the completion of the project.

● He will also be the escalation point of contact between his representative, architect, and contractors.

● A process-driven project management professional with quick problem-solving skills, and excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

● Relevant experience in managing interior fit-out projects including residential.

● Should be able to plan, develop, maintain and control various construction-related activities including site management, execution, planning, material management, quality assurance, and control, etc. within stipulated timelines.

● Coordinate and control with architects, project consultants, contractors and design professionals to discuss and resolve matters such as work procedures, complaints, and construction-related issues.

● Monitor progress and make adjustments as needed

● Measure project performance to identify areas for improvement

Qualifications for Project Manager

● A degree in Civil engineering / B.Arch /Architecture or graduate/postgraduate in Project Management/ Construction management.

● A project management professional with a minimum of 2-4 years of experience in the building/premium residential interiors/ Corporate & Retail industry.

● Should have knowledge of architectural and construction/interior drawings.

● Experience seeing projects through the full life cycle

● Excellent analytical skills

● Strong interpersonal skills and extremely resourceful

● Proven ability to complete projects according to outlined scope, budget, and timeline
