Role Overview and Job Description:

We are actively searching for a dynamic and results-driven individual with strong commercial acumen to join our esteemed top management team in the pivotal role of Chief Strategy Officer based out of Hyderabad, India. In close collaboration with the Founder's office, the successful candidate will play a key role in evaluating opportunities, preparing comprehensive feasibility reports, overseeing the seamless execution of new business initiatives, and leading the hiring process for key leadership roles.

Key Responsibilities:

● Strategic Opportunity Evaluation: Conduct in-depth analyses of potential business opportunities, assessing their alignment with company objectives and market trends.

● Feasibility Report Preparation: Develop detailed feasibility reports for identified opportunities, outlining key considerations, risks, and potential returns.

● Execution Monitoring: Oversee and monitor the execution of new business initiatives, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and timely achievement of milestones.

● Collaborative Leadership: Work closely with cross-functional teams to foster collaboration and alignment, driving a unified approach towards strategic objectives.

● Market Research and Trends: Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to inform and enhance the company's strategic decision-making process.

● Risk Management: Identify potential risks associated with strategic initiatives and develop proactive mitigation strategies to safeguard the company's interests.

● Hiring Key Leadership Roles: Lead the recruitment process for key leadership positions, ensuring the selection of top-tier talent to drive the company's strategic objectives.
