Roles and Responsibilities: 

 Promoting and selling club memberships to individuals and businesses. 

 Conducting tours of the club facilities for potential members. 

 Providing information about club services, facilities, and membership options. 

 Assisting potential members in selecting the appropriate membership plan. 

 Handling membership inquiries and resolving member-related issues. 

 Maintaining accurate membership records and databases. 

 Tracking and analyzing membership data to identify trends and opportunities. 

 Developing and implementing membership retention strategies. 

 Coordinating with the marketing team to create membership marketing campaigns. 

 Keeping updated with industry trends and competitors.
