Job Description:
IMFIRMITY Services is seeking Customer Support Executives to join our Best Buy Computing Services program in Bangalore. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support for Best Buy Computing customers in US shifts. Your duties will include addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues related to Best Buy Computing products and services.
Provide accurate and timely information to customers, addressing their concerns and ensuring satisfaction.
Adhere to company policies and procedures while delivering customer support.
Maintain professionalism and a customer-centric approach during interactions.
Collaborate with team members to deliver high-quality customer service.
Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
Meet and exceed performance targets and quality standards.
Qualifications:
Minimum qualification of PUC (Pre-University Certificate) is mandatory.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Customer-centric approach and strong problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in US shifts with flexibility in working hours.
Prior customer service experience is a plus.
