Trained or certified in VM ware, MS Certification, Windows Server, Back up and storage knowledge

Trained or certified in python (Must to have) and power BI or Cybersecurity

Trained or certified in Server knowledge, able to understand the roles, installed SW, able to troubleshoot, knowledge in PowerShell. Window, Linux

Trained or certified in Active Directory or SCCM

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• Minimum 1-3 years of experience

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

• Possesses exposure to or education in the following:
• Responsible for producing breach and other reports that are necessary for the correct operation of processes.
• They identify failures and shortcomings in the current processes and escalate with recommendations.
• Perform the necessary hand over procedures in cases where shift work is required.
• Perform network maintenance and system upgrades including service packs, patches, hot fixes, and security configurations.
• Monitor performance and ensure system availability and reliability.
• Monitor System Resource utilization, trending, and capacity planning.
• Basic understanding on Routers Switches, firewall, MS Cluster, File Server, Print server.
• ITIL framework understanding.
• Ability to manage and prioritize tasks efficiently
• Readiness to demonstrate a proactive attitude
