Job Overview


  • Designation : Customer Care Associate
  • Process : Telecommunication
  • Graduate fresher or UG with 6 months experience
  • Age 18 to 35 years.
  • Able to speak Marathi, Hindi & English.
  • Able to understand English.
  • Have basic knowledge of computers.
  • The initial period of 18 to 25 days where the company would provide training to the candidates along with the training stipend (400 Rs. Per day For Marathi candidates only).


Facilities we provide to the employees:


  • Salary 16,500 to 20,000 plus lucrative incentives
  • Shifts Time : 6 AM to 12 AM (Any 9 Hours) (For Girls 7 am to 4 pm ,8 am to 5 pm 9 am to 6 pm ) (For Boys 3 pm to 12 am)
  • Students / House wives are also welcomed.
  • On the spot job offer letter.

  • Excellent verbal communication skills to effectively handle customer queries and provide solutions in a courteous manner.
  • Strong organizational abilities to manage inquiries and prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Adept at using technology, including customer service software, to support customer care operations seamlessly.
  • High emotional intelligence to empathize with customers and handle interactions with patience and understanding.
  • Basic knowledge and experience in Business Process Outsourcing (BPO), ideally familiar with customer care associate roles.
  • Ability to manage inbound calls efficiently while maintaining service quality and adhering to company procedures.
  • Must possess a problem-solving attitude to assess customer issues and provide timely and effective resolutions.
  • Enthusiastic with a team-oriented mindset, ready to collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance customer service delivery.

  • Handle a high volume of inbound customer inquiries, ensuring timely and accurate responses.
  • Provide personalized customer service by understanding customer needs and offering tailored solutions.
  • Maintain customer records by updating account information crucial for customer service operations.
  • Collaborate with the team to enhance service procedures and strategies for improved customer satisfaction.
  • Identify customer needs and ensure that their expectations are met efficiently and effectively.
  • Responsible for delivering consistent, high-quality customer service as per company standards and protocols.
  • Contribute toward achieving team targets by supporting team initiatives and goals through collaborative efforts.
  • Ensure all interactions meet compliance and quality standards outlined by the company guidelines.
