Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Dentist with a Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS) degree to join here. Candidate will provide comprehensive dental care to patients, including diagnosis, treatment, and prevention of oral diseases and conditions. The Dentist will work closely with dental assistants and hygienists to deliver high-quality patient care in a friendly and professional environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Patient Care:
• Conduct thorough dental examinations and diagnose oral conditions.
• Develop and implement appropriate treatment plans.
• Perform dental procedures such as fillings, extractions, root canals, crowns, bridges, and dentures.
• Provide preventive dental care, including cleanings, fluoride treatments, and sealants.
• Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and preventive care.
• Clinical Duties:
• Utilize dental equipment and instruments effectively and safely.
• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records.
• Prescribe medications as needed for dental treatments.
• Follow infection control protocols to ensure a sterile and safe environment.
• Stay updated with advancements in dental technology and techniques.
• Administrative Duties:
• Collaborate with the administrative team to schedule patient appointments.
• Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations and standards.
• Participate in staff meetings and contribute to the overall improvement of the practice.
• Professional Development:
• Attend continuing education courses and seminars to enhance professional skills and knowledge.
• Maintain professional licensure and certifications as required.

Qualifications:

• Education:
• Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS) degree from an accredited institution.
• Licensure:
• Valid state dental license.
• Experience:
• Minimum 06 months experience in the same industry.
• Skills:
• Proficient in a wide range of dental procedures.
• Excellent diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
• Attention to detail and manual dexterity.
