Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and Implement TA Strategy: Design and execute talent acquisition strategies to meet current and future hiring needs.
• Lead the Recruitment Lifecycle: Manage end-to-end recruitment for all roles—sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, offer management, and onboarding.
• Team Management: Lead and mentor a team of recruiters and coordinate with hiring managers across departments.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with business leaders to understand workforce planning, role requirements, and hiring priorities.
• Employer Branding: Strengthen the employer brand through career page enhancements, social media, job fairs, and campus hiring initiatives.
• Data-Driven Decisions: Track key metrics like time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and source effectiveness to continuously improve hiring processes.
• Vendor Management: Manage external recruitment agencies, job boards, and other vendors to support hiring needs.
• Compliance & Diversity: Ensure recruitment practices comply with labor laws and promote diversity and inclusion in hiring.

Required Qualifications:

• 12+ years of progressive experience in recruitment, with at least 7 years in a leadership role.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strategic mindset with hands-on execution capabilities.
