Job Overview

We are seeking a highly qualified Senior Manager Plant - HR to join our team in Illusion Dental Laboratory. As the Senior Manager Plant - HR, you will be responsible for overseeing all HR operations and initiatives within our plant. This includes implementing and managing HR policies, providing HR support and guidance to the management team, ensuring labor law compliance, and leading strategic HR planning.

Qualifications and Skills

• More than 10 years of experience in a similar HR leadership role
• In-depth knowledge of HR policies and labor laws
• Strong understanding of HR business partnering
• Experience in people management and team leadership
• Ability to develop and implement strategic HR plans
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven ability to handle employee relations issues
• Knowledge of factory compliance and safety regulations
• Proficient in HRIS and other HR software
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field (Master's degree preferred)

• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures

• Manage recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes
• Oversee training and development programs for employees

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve HR processes
• Lead strategic HR planning initiatives
• Maintain HR records and ensure data accuracy
