Job Description

Sr Inside Sales Manager

Job Location: Andheri

Years of Experience: 7-10 year

Working Days: Monday to Friday


Roles & Responsibilities

  1. Analysing and Reviewing Query Volume:
  • Collaborate with the technical team to analyse and review the volume and nature of queries received from clinics.
  • Identify trends and patterns in queries to proactively address common issues and improve service quality.
  1. Sales Focus for Each Clinic and Group:
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth for each clinic and the group as a whole.
  • Work closely with clinic staff to understand their needs and challenges, and tailor sales solutions accordingly.
  1. Assisting in Reporting and Data Provision:
  • Assist the Key Accounts Manager (KAM) in generating reports and providing data related to clinic performance, sales metrics, and query analysis.
  • Ensure accuracy and completeness of data provided for decision-making and strategic planning.
  1. Handling Escalations from Clinics:
  • Serve as a point of contact for handling escalations from clinics regarding service issues, sales concerns, or other operational matters.
  • Work to resolve escalations in a timely and effective manner, collaborating with internal teams as needed.
  1. Performance Monitoring and Management:
  • Monitor the performance of individual clinics and the group as a whole against sales targets and other key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Take proactive measures to address performance gaps and drive improvement initiatives.
  1. Collaboration with Technical Team:
  • Maintain close collaboration with the technical team to ensure alignment between sales efforts and technical support services.
  • Provide feedback to the technical team on common issues or areas for improvement identified during query analysis.
  1. Client Relationship Management:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clinic staff, serving as a trusted advisor and resource for sales and operational support.
  • Conduct regular check-ins and site visits to understand clinic needs and address any concerns. (work with field sales team)
  • Offer guidance and assistance to ensure clinics are equipped to maximize sales opportunities.

  • Contribute to the development of strategic plans and initiatives aimed at driving growth and improving operational efficiency within the group of clinics.
  • Execute sales and marketing campaigns in alignment with overall business objectives.
  1. Performance Evaluation and Reporting:
  • Regularly evaluate individual and group performance against established targets and goals.
  • Prepare and present performance reports to the KAM, highlighting achievements, challenges, and recommendations for improvement.
  1. Continuous Improvement:
  • Actively seek opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains in sales and operational processes.
  • Implement best practices and lessons learned to optimize performance and enhance customer satisfaction.


Education and Experience

  • Proven working experience as Inside Sales Manager
  • International Experience required
  • 12th Pass
