Job Overview

We are looking for a Senior Human Resources Manager to join our team at Illusion Dental Laboratory. This is a full-time position based in Mumbai Suburban, Mumbai. The ideal candidate will have significant experience in human resources management and a strong track record in developing and implementing HR strategies that align with business goals. You will play a critical role in managing all HR functions including recruitment, training, employee relations, and performance management.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proven experience in compensation and benefits management (Mandatory skill)
• Strong understanding of organizational development theories and practices (Mandatory skill)
• Expertise in developing and implementing HR strategies that align with business objectives (Mandatory skill)
• Comprehensive knowledge of HR compliance and labor laws
• Experience in succession planning.
• Proficiency in utilizing HR analytics to drive data-driven decisions
• Skills in conflict resolution and mediation to address employee issues effectively
• Ability to oversee workforce planning to ensure optimal staff levels are maintained
