Job Overview

We are seeking a Junior Purchase Executive to join our team in Boisar on a Full-Time basis. The candidate should have 1 to 3 years of work experience in the field of purchasing and supply chain management. This role involves handling purchase and inventory management tasks, ensuring efficient procurement activities to support our dental laboratory operations.

Qualifications and Skills

• Minimum 1 year of experience in purchase management or a related field to effectively manage procurement tasks.
• Proven experience in supply chain management (Mandatory skill) to ensure seamless operations and timely delivery.
• Proficiency in inventory management (Mandatory skill) to maintain optimal stock levels and prevent overstocking or stockouts.
• Strong negotiation skills to secure favorable terms and pricing from vendors and suppliers.
• Ability to manage vendor relationships and ensure service quality and delivery timelines.
• Procurement expertise to identify and acquire the best resources and materials for our laboratory needs.
• Attention to detail is essential for accurate order processing and preventing errors in the purchasing process.
• Knowledge of purchase management (Mandatory skill) to oversee and streamline purchase activities efficiently.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Oversee the purchase and supply chain processes to ensure timely procurement of dental laboratory materials.
• Implement inventory management strategies to optimize stock levels and reduce waste or shortages.
• Negotiate contracts and pricing with suppliers to ensure cost-effective procurement while maintaining high quality.
• Build and maintain strong vendor relationships, assessing their performance to ensure contract compliance.
• Coordinate with internal teams to understand material requirements and plan timely orders.
• Prepare and process purchase orders and documents following company policies and procedures.
• Review inventory levels and forecasts, adjusting plans to meet fluctuating demand or supply chain challenges.
• Contribute to the development and improvement of procurement processes to enhance operational efficiency.
