The role involves managing various HR functions to support our plant operations, driving strategic initiatives in employee engagement, talent acquisition, and compliance. This position is located at our Mumbai headquarters.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proven experience in HRIS systems management to ensure accuracy in employee records and data security.
• Strong background in labor relations, with the capability to manage and negotiate effectively with unions.
• Expertise in fostering employee engagement initiatives that enhance workplace satisfaction and performance.
• Demonstrated ability in talent acquisition, ensuring the recruitment of top-tier talent that aligns with company values.
• Experience in administering benefits programs, ensuring competitive and compliant offerings for employees.
• Capable of designing and implementing performance management systems that drive accountability and growth.
• Proficiency in conflict resolution techniques, adept at addressing and mitigating workplace disputes professionally.
