Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Management Information System Analyst to join our team at Illusion Dental Laboratory. This is a full-time, mid-level position based in Mumbai (Malad, Andheri) requiring a minimum of 4 years of relevant work experience. The ideal candidate will help us manage and improve our MIS to better serve our clients and operational needs.

Qualifications and Skills

• MIS (Mandatory skill)
• CA, Inter CA, MBA Finance & B Com.
• Proficient in Data Analysis with the ability to interpret complex data sets to drive actionable insights
• Extensive experience in Database Management including creating, maintaining, and optimizing databases
• Strong Project Management skills to oversee multiple projects from inception to completion
• Skilled in Data Visualization to create comprehensive dashboards and reports
• Experienced in using Tableau for data representation and analysis
• Adept in preparing and delivering presentations to convey complex information clearly and effectively.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and manage MIS systems to meet the company’s operational and reporting needs
• Collect and analyze data to generate MIS reports for management review and decision making
• Maintain and improve current database systems to ensure data integrity and efficiency
• Collaborate with various departments to understand their data needs and provide tailored solutions
• Create and manage data visualization dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs)
• Work with project teams to define, design, and implement projects in alignment with company goals
• Present findings, reports, and analysis to management and other stakeholders regularly
• Ensure the security and confidentiality of data through effective management and data governance practices.
