Job Overview

We are looking for a skilled and experienced individual for the role of Machine Manufacturing at our Boisar location. This is a full-time, mid-level position requiring a minimum of 4 to a maximum of 6 years of relevant work experience. The ideal candidate will possess strong abilities in machine operation, mechanical maintenance, and troubleshooting.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proven experience in machine operation, with a minimum of 4-6 years in a relevant field (Mandatory skill)
• Proficient in mechanical maintenance, ensuring machines are operational and maintained efficiently (Mandatory skill)
• Excellent troubleshooting skills to identify and resolve mechanical issues in a timely manner (Mandatory skill)
• Extensive knowledge in quality control, ensuring that products meet the required standards
• Ability to plan and manage production schedules to meet business objectives
• Solid understanding of safety procedures to maintain a safe working environment
• Strong teamwork skills to work effectively with other team members
• Experience in inventory management to oversee materials and resources efficiently

Roles and Responsibilities

• Operate manufacturing machinery and ensure optimal performance during production
• Perform routine mechanical maintenance and repair tasks on machines to minimize downtime
• Troubleshoot and resolve any mechanical issues that arise during production
• Implement and monitor quality control measures to ensure high-quality output
• Plan production schedules in coordination with the production manager to meet delivery deadlines
• Ensure all safety protocols are followed to create a safe working environment
• Collaborate with the team to streamline operations and improve production processes
• Manage inventory levels and coordinate with the supply chain to ensure required materials are always available
