Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented Key Account Manager to join our team at Illusion Dental Laboratory. As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our key clients. Your main goal will be to ensure client satisfaction, drive sales, and grow revenue for the company.

Qualifications and Skills

• 1-3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the dental or healthcare industry
• Proven track record in sales and account management
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong negotiation and presentation skills
• Ability to build and maintain relationships
• Self-motivated and target-driven
• Proficient in MS Office
• Knowledge of dental restorative systems is a plus

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage and develop relationships with key accounts
• Conduct regular meetings with clients to understand their needs and provide solutions
• Upsell products and services to existing clients
• Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve any issues or complaints
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and competitor activities
• Prepare sales reports and forecasts
