We are seeking a dedicated IT Support Specialist for our Mumbai, Mumbai Suburban location. This full-time, junior position requires a minimum of 1 year of work experience. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing top-notch IT support, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring smooth operation of our technical systems to help us in delivering excellent service to our clients.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proven experience in customer support with a strong focus on IT-related issues to ensure satisfaction.
• Ability to efficiently troubleshoot hardware and software problems to maintain system performance.
• Experience in hardware testing to ensure compatibility and functionality.
• Competence in software setup and configuration to meet business needs.
• Proficiency in technical documentation for clear and comprehensive reporting.
• Skills in testing and bug reporting to improve system stability and performance.
• Experience in providing customer training to facilitate ease of technology use.
• Knowledge of LAN & wireless network setup and management to ensure network connectivity and security.
• Technical knowledge: proficiency with various software platform & operating system (Windows, MacOS, Linux)

Roles and Responsibilities

• Provide timely and effective IT support to internal staff and resolve technical issues promptly.
• Conduct hardware and software troubleshooting and escalate issues when necessary.
• Install and configure software applications to meet operational requirements.
• Document and update technical procedures and issues for future reference.
• Assist in network maintenance and ensure optimal performance of the LAN infrastructure.
• Conduct regular hardware testing and maintenance to prevent disruptions.
• Deliver training sessions for employees to enhance their understanding of IT systems.
• Collaborate with other departments to support technology needs and initiatives.
