Job Overview
We are seeking a Mid-Level Inside Sales Team Lead for our international market at our Andheri, Mumbai Suburban location. This full-time role is pivotal in driving sales growth and building strong client relationships. You will lead efforts in B2B sales strategy, leveraging virtual sales tools and lead generation to expand our global footprint. Salesforce experience is a must for this position. Join us in enhancing our market presence and ensuring the highest standards of customer engagement.
Qualifications and Skills
- Starting need to work as individual ( Need to sell company product , B2B sales , Data Preparation ) after few moths based on performance Team will be provided to handle.
- Proficiency in Salesforce is essential, ensuring effective management of sales processes and client relation strategies (Mandatory skill).
- Expertise in formulating and executing B2B sales strategies to penetrate new markets and maximize revenue potential (Mandatory skill).
- Exceptional lead generation skills to consistently build and maintain a robust sales pipeline (Mandatory skill).
- Strong cross-cultural communication abilities to engage with international clients and partners effectively.
- Competence in CRM management for maintaining detailed records of client interactions and sales activities.
- Proven track record in data-driven decision making to optimize sales tactics and business strategies.
- Adept at negotiation skills to close deals while ensuring mutually beneficial agreements with clients.
- Experience with virtual sales tools to facilitate remote client engagement and streamline sales processes.
- Mandatory only Male Candidate.

- Lead and mentor a team of inside sales representatives to achieve and exceed sales targets and goals.
