Job Overview

We are seeking a talented and creative Graphic Designer to join our team at Illusion Dental Laboratory, based in Andheri. This is a full-time position that requires a passionate individual with a strong sense of visual aesthetics and a keen eye for detail. The ideal candidate will work on a variety of design projects and contribute to our ongoing efforts to provide high-quality dental restorations and excellent customer service.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop (Mandatory skill). This includes advanced photo editing and manipulation.
• Expertise in Illustration (Mandatory skill). Ability to create original illustrations that communicate complex ideas clearly.
• Strong understanding of Color Theory (Mandatory skill). Knowledge of how colors interact and affect mood and brand perception.
• Competence in Typography. Understanding of how to select and arrange type to make content legible, readable, and visually appealing.
• Experience in Layout Design. Ability to create compelling and balanced designs for various formats, including print and digital media.
• Strong Visual Communication skills. Ability to convey messages through visual design effectively.
• High level of Creativity. Skill in generating innovative ideas and solutions to visual challenges.
• Attention to Detail. Close attention to every design element, ensuring all work is of the highest possible quality.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Develop creative design concepts, graphics, and layouts for print and digital media.
• Collaborate with the marketing and production teams to produce high-quality visual materials that align with our brand’s vision and objectives.
• Ensure all designs adhere to brand guidelines and are consistent across all media.
• Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to maintain high design standards.
• Work on multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring each is completed on time and meets client expectations.
• Receive and incorporate feedback from team members and clients to improve design solutions.
• Create mockups and prototypes to present design concepts for approval.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate new design ideas and concepts.
