Job Overview
The Facilities Manager at Illusion Dental Laboratory will oversee the maintenance and smooth operation of our facilities. This senior position requires a minimum of 7 to 10 years of relevant experience. The role involves managing budgets, coordinating with vendors, and ensuring health and safety compliance. Roles and Responsibilities
- Oversee the efficiency and upkeep of all facility operations to ensure a productive working environment.
- Develop and manage the facilities budget, tracking expenditures and identifying cost-saving opportunities.
- Coordinate with external vendors and service providers to ensure high-quality services and products.
- Ensure that all health and safety protocols and regulatory requirements are strictly observed and upheld.
- Plan and allocate office and laboratory spaces to optimize both productivity and employee comfort.
- Negotiate and manage contracts, ensuring compliance with company policies and industry standards.
- Lead and mentor the facilities team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration.
- Conduct regular inspections and identify areas for renovation, repair, or enhancement to support company growth.
