Job Overview

We are seeking a Mid-Level Executive Assistant to support our Marketing Head at Illusion Dental Laboratory. This is a full-time role located in Mumbai, requiring 4 to 6 years of relevant work experience. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the marketing head's schedule, coordinating projects, and planning events to enhance our marketing efforts.

Qualifications and Skills

• Minimum of 4 years of experience providing administrative support in a mid-level position.
• Proficient in managing executive calendars with precision (Mandatory skill).
• Excellent project coordination skills to keep marketing activities on track (Mandatory skill).
• Proven expertise in event planning to facilitate successful marketing events (Mandatory skill).
• Strong communication skills for effective interaction with internal and external stakeholders.
• Ability to provide high-quality administrative support and maintain confidentiality.
• Competency in conducting research to gather relevant market information and data.
• Microsoft Office proficiency for efficient handling of documents, spreadsheets, and presentations.
