Job Overview

Illusion Dental Laboratory is seeking a mid-level Event and Exhibition Manager to join our dynamic team in Mumbai Suburban. This full-time role requires a minimum of 4 years to a maximum of 6 years of work experience. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, organizing, and executing high-quality events and exhibitions that reflect our brand values and meet our business objectives.

Qualifications and Skills

• Extensive experience in event planning, with a focus on delivering high-quality, engaging events.
• Strong logistics management skills to ensure smooth execution and coordination of event details.
• Proven budgeting expertise, able to manage financial resources effectively to meet event goals.
• Demonstrated experience in vendor management, ensuring reliable and quality service from third-party providers.
• Solid marketing skills to promote events and exhibitions, ensuring maximum visibility and attendance.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to liaise with multiple stakeholders effectively.
• Strong problem-solving abilities to address and mitigate issues swiftly during event planning and execution.
• Effective negotiation skills to secure favorable terms and conditions with vendors and service providers.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and execute events and exhibitions that align with the company's objectives and brand values.
• Manage event logistics including venue selection, transportation, accommodations, and scheduling.
• Develop and oversee event budgets, ensuring all financial aspects are managed within budgetary constraints.

• Create and implement marketing strategies to promote events, ensuring high levels of attendance and engagement.
• Communicate with internal teams and external partners to align on event goals, expectations, and requirements.
• Identify potential issues and develop contingency plans to address unexpected challenges during events.
