Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and empathetic Customer Service representative to join our team at Illusion Dental Laboratory. Located at our Malad office, this full-time junior position requires a minimum of 1 year to a maximum of 3 years of relevant work experience. The role involves interacting with clients to provide high-quality support and resolve queries in a timely manner, contributing to the overall satisfaction of our client base.

Roles and Responsibilities
- Handle incoming client queries and provide appropriate solutions within a stipulated time frame.
- Maintain a record of client interactions, including inquiries, complaints, and feedback.
- Communicate effectively with other team members and departments to resolve client issues.
- Provide detailed information about our dental restoration products and services to clients.
- Follow up with clients to ensure that they are satisfied with the resolution of their issues.
- Identify potential areas for service improvement and suggest actionable solutions.
- Develop a deep understanding of our products and services to offer tailored support to clients.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge to accurately answer client questions and concerns.
