Job Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Assistant Event Manager to join our team at Illusion Dental Laboratory. As the Assistant Event Manager, you will be responsible for assisting in the planning, coordination, and execution of various events. This is a full-time position based in Malad, Maharashtra, India.

Qualifications and Skills

• 4 to 6 years of experience in event management or a related field
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Excellent attention to detail
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in event management software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Knowledge of local event suppliers, venues, and permits
• Budget management and negotiation skills
• Creative problem-solving abilities
• Bachelor's degree in event management, marketing, or a related field (preferred)

Roles and Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and organizing events, including conferences, trade shows, and seminars
• Collaborate with the Event Manager to develop event concepts, themes, and objectives
• Coordinate logistics, such as venue selection, audiovisual setup, and catering
• Manage event budgets and ensure expenses are within approved limits
• Prepare event agendas, schedules, and timelines
• Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and contractors to ensure smooth event operations
• Assist in overseeing event registration, guest relations, and on-site coordination
• Collaborate with marketing team to promote events through various channels
• Conduct post-event evaluations and provide recommendations for future improvements
