🔹Key Responsibilities🔹
• Design and execute recruitment strategies to meet business needs, including bulk, lateral, and leadership hiring.
• Oversee the end-to-end recruitment cycle, from job posting and sourcing to onboarding.
• Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring requirements and workforce planning.
• Leverage various sourcing channels such as job portals, social media, and employee referrals.
• Drive employer branding initiatives to attract high-quality candidates.
• Monitor recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and quality-of-hire, and provide regular reports to management.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal HR policies.
• Continuously improves recruitment processes and adopts best practices in talent acquisition.
🔹Qualifications & Skills Required🔹
• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in recruitment, with a focus on high-volume and niche hiring.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet hiring targets.
