INTEGRAL LABELS PVT LTD is engaged in the design & manufacture of Branding Products viz Decals, Graphic Overlays, Metal labels etc. We have been in the business for two decades catering to Automotive and non-automotive segments covering the domestic as well as Export markets. Our major Automotive OEM Customers - are Volkswagen, Daimler, Mercedes-Benz, Skoda, Toyota etc. and in the non-automotive segment – GE, Mitsubishi Electric, ABB, Titan, HCL, JSW, Schneider Electric, Essae etc.  

We are in the process of expanding our Business in the US & European markets and Vision of a 100-crore turnover in the next 3 years.

We are in the process of strengthening our Marketing and sales function. In this connection, we would like to recruit MBA freshers as Management Trainees.

The Eligibility and Job requirements are detailed below: - 

Eligibility:

1. MBA pass out.
2. Should have Two-wheelers and be willing to travel.

During the training program, the following points will be covered: -

1. To achieve Business as per Business plan.
2. To identify new customer leads and convert the business.
3. Marketing Research activities for digital marketing.
4. Market Survey to find potential customers for future business.

Job Location: Bangalore

Emolument details: -

1. Initially they will be taken as Management Trainees with a fixed CTC of 20K/month.
2. On successful completion of 1 year of Training, they will be absorbed as Marketing Executives and their CTC will be around 4.5 lakhs PA based on performance.
3. After completing one year of service, they are eligible for incentives based on target performance as per Company policy.
4. Travel reimbursements as per Company policy
5. They are also eligible for Medical & PF facilities as per Company policy.
6. Free Lunch is provided in the Plant.
