• Role: Business Analyst (BA) Payment

• Knowledge of Banking Payment Systems and/or Banking Domain
• Familiarity with ISO 20022 and SWIFT formats, payment schemes
• Experience in SDLC phases (requirements, specifications, test cases, and implementation) using AGILE methodology.
• Collaborating with business teams, colleagues, third-party vendors, and partner systems to formulate detailed requirements.
• Interpreting user requirements and producing detailed documentation (including processes) for technical and test teams.
• Creating high-level and detailed impact assessments to estimate effort for work packages.
• Writing, analyzing, and reviewing high-level test scenarios
• Involvement in analysis and investigation of Production defects and Testing issues during the project lifecycle
• Ability to present detailed requirements and technical design to Business Operations team to showcase the solution
• Encouraging best practices in solution development and ensuring delivery of qualitative and cost-efficient system solutions
• Conducting knowledge sharing and training activities as needed.

Key Skills:

• 3+ years of Payments Industry experience in Tier-1 IT organizations in BFSI domain
• Strong experience with ISO 20022 (PAIN, PACS, CAMT, ADMI), SWIFT formats
• Knowledge of Payments Schemes in various regions (Singapore, Hong Kong, South Africa, US, UK, India)
• Familiarity with products like ACI MTS and UPF preferred
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to lead domain discussions independently
• Proven ability to work with senior stakeholders and business sponsors to gain consensus and agreement
