Key Responsibilities:
- Sales & Partnership Management
- Responsible for driving telephonic & in-person sales - inbound and outbound.
- Interact with potential members to onboard them successfully.
- Sell company products and services as per the guidelines.
- Agreement creation and other related paperwork.
- Negotiate and close deals.
- Interact with potential partners and other associations for brand awareness and lead generation.
- Constant upgradation of information to know about trends in workspaces and the industry.
- Develop location specific packages and promotions as required.
- Customer Relationship Management.
- Manage all customer requests and queries for optimal service delivery.
- Customer interactions to understand and enhance current scope of service delivery.

- Proficiency/ experience in Customer Management.
- Interpersonal Skills.
- Vibrant personality – Outgoing and Vivacious.
- Positive attitude & Quick learning ability.
- Great communication skills.
- Need to be able to Multitask, analyze and solve problems.
- Knowledge of MS-office & experience in any other software or application.
