Job Overview

We are seeking a Senior Sales Support Executive to join our team in Hyderabad. This is a full-time position suitable for individuals who are looking to grow their career in sales. The ideal candidate should have a strong knack for tele-calling, cold calling, and lead conversion, with excellent communication and negotiation skills.


Qualifications and Skills

  • Proficiency in tele-calling techniques to engage prospective clients effectively and drive interest in our services.
  • Experience in cold calling to generate leads and convert them into promising sales opportunities.
  • Strong negotiation skills to close deals and meet sales targets while ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written, to interact effectively with clients and internal teams.
  • Ability to convert leads through persuasive communication and excellent follow-up tactics.
  • Hands-on experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software for managing client interactions and data.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently and within a team.


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Support the sales team by generating leads through tele-calling and cold calling activities.
  • Manage and nurture client relationships
  • Assist in the negotiation process to close deals effectively and ensure seamless onboarding of new clients.
  • Manage client data and interactions using CRM software to maintain up-to-date and accurate records.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure the timely and quality delivery of managed office spaces as per client requirements.
  • Prepare and present reports on sales activities, lead conversion rates, and client feedback to the sales manager.
  • Provide post-sales support to address any client issues and ensure customer retention and satisfaction.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and market dynamics to effectively identify and address client needs.
