Job Overview

The Office Interior Designer at iKeva will be responsible for realizing our vision of creating innovative and functional office spaces tailored to clients' specifications. This full-time, junior-level position is based in Hyderabad. The candidate will utilize their expertise in design to enhance our managed office spaces and collaborate with multiple stakeholders to ensure project success.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proficiency in space planning to efficiently utilize available office configurations for optimized layout and function.
• Experience in furniture selection to balance aesthetics, ergonomics, and budget constraints in office environments.
• Skilled in AutoCAD for creating accurate floor plans and architectural designs based on client requirements.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel for accurate preparation and management of design-related documentation and budgets.
• Ability to prepare Bill of Quantities (BoQ) for projects based on the approved design.
• Good understanding of interior architecture to integrate structural components with design aesthetics seamlessly.
• Competence in material selection to choose appropriate finishes and furnishings that align with client themes and functionality.

• Collaborate with project managers to understand client needs and develop tailored office design solutions.
• Create detailed and accurate design plans that include layouts, furniture arrangements, and decorative finishes.
