Job Description

Designation: Office Admin Executive

Location: Hyderabad

Experience: 1 - 3 years

Qualification: Any Graduate

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Management
  • Reception Management.
  • Be the first person for the point of contact for clients.
  • Great and assist members & their guests.
  • Handle potential client visits.
  • To manage incoming and outgoing calls for clients & iKeva.
  • Plan and execute fun and engaging activities for clients.
  • Operations Management
  • Receive and register client requests.
  • Coordinate with housekeeping and security teams for optimal service delivery.
  • Manage and control inventory & ordering of consumables in the center.
  • Monitor upkeep of the facility.
  • Ensure tickets are raised for client complaints and the same is addressed on priority.
  • Assist your managers in making the center successful.

  • Knowledge with MS-Office & experience in any other software or application is preferable.
