Job Overview

iKeva is seeking an Assistant Manager for implementing our fit out Projects based in Hyderabad. The role requires overseeing project management tasks, manage site supervision, and coordination with various service providers to ensure seamless execution.


Qualifications and Skills

  • Knowledge and skill to monitor the execution of Civil and interior works
  • Project management experience, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget
  • Competence in electrical wiring and understanding of the technical details involved
  • Strong ability in site supervision, ensuring compliance with safety standards and project specifications
  • Proficiency in reading and interpreting AutoCAD drawings for ensuring proper execution
  • Knowledge of HVAC systems
  • Experience in office workstation installation
  • Familiarity with installation of the fire and safety systems if commercial buildings


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Oversee the day-to-day management of project activities from planning to execution
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure project requirements are met
  • Supervise the installation of electrical wiring, HVAC systems, and office workstations
  • Ensure all project activities comply with industry safety guidelines and standards
  • Review and interpret AutoCAD drawings for all civil and interior works to be implemented
  • Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to senior management
  • Address and resolve any issues that arise during project execution promptly and efficiently
  • Manage the scheduling and delivery of various project components, ensuring timely completion
