A premium ultra luxurious suiting shirting brand with both category male and female.

Responsibilities:

• Team building and support another team member (warehouse team, café etc).

• Visual Merchandise of each product proper placement and highlight Offers in-store.

• Hire and train new employees for the sales floor or other departments (e.g., Inward & Outward) .

• Maintain and monitor store inventory, main product levels appropriately (Replenishment, Damage etc.).

• Ensure that the store is clean, safe and presentable for customers.

• Conduct regular audits of the store’s physical and practical condition to ensure quality and quantity of each product. 

• Interact with walk-in customers about the ongoing offers and Membership, and also through social network

• Generate and review daily sale KPI reports

• Must be responsible for Driving store profitability 

• Strong hold on retail store operations

Requisite Skills:

• Ability to undertake any other ad-hoc duties as assigned

• Ability to follow–Up on all Orders placed

• Decision Making and Problem Solving

• Excellent Communication skills in English and local language

• Product and Processing knowledge
