Job Title: Administration Executive for Site Administration Office/Corporate Office
Job Location: Vithalapur / PAN India (flexi as per the project)
Qualification & Experience: Any Graduate from reputed Indian institution with 0 to 3 years of experience in Administration Area.
Salary up to 3LPA
Company Profile: Renowned Japanese Construction Company
Responsibilities:
· Vendor coordination including Housekeeping Vendor – Purchase and Inventory Process Management at Corporate office/Site office
· Liasioning and coordinating with various departments within the corporate office and site office
· Daily and Monthly MIS Report preparation
· Assistance in accounting process including document preparation, reviewing & Voucher posting in Accounting Software (Tally)
· Providing administrative support to senior executives by answering phones, greeting visitors, scheduling appointments
· Handling basic office tasks, such as filing, delivering mail, answering emails and phone calls, and data entry.
· Daily/ad-hoc Car arrangement and scheduling for KIPL Staff & Guests
· Manage and Arrange admin work related to Corporate Office, Site Office and Dormitory.
· Monitoring site manpower attendance.
· Preparing documents for labour law compliance purpose
· Other misc. admin related work, if any
Key Skills:
· Good Communication Skills – Verbal and Written
· Good Inter Personal Skill
· Good knowledge of English
· Familiar with Microsoft Office Software like Excel, Word, Power point, Outlook and more.
Knowledge of Tally is preferable
