Job Overview

We are seeking a Loan Sales Executive to join our team at Ikamate HR India Pvt. Ltd. As a Loan Sales Executive, you will be responsible for promoting and selling various loan products to potential customers. This is a full-time position based in Vadodara, Gujarat, India. The ideal candidate for this role should have less than 1 year of experience and possess excellent communication skills. Knowledge of home loans, mortgage loans, personal loans, and field sales is also required.

Qualifications and Skills

• Less than 1 year of experience in loan sales or a similar role
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven track record in achieving sales targets
• Knowledge of home loans, mortgage loans, personal loans, and field sales
• Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Highly motivated, proactive, and target-driven
• Good negotiation and persuasion skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Basic computer skills

Roles and Responsibilities

• Promote and sell various loan products to potential customers
• Contact potential customers to explain loan products, answer questions, and provide information
• Maintain a high level of knowledge about loan products, interest rates, and payment terms
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business
• Assist customers with loan applications and paperwork
• Collaborate with other team members to achieve sales targets and objectives
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitors' products and pricing
• Deliver excellent customer service and resolve customer complaints or concerns
• Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the company
