Job Profile: HR Executive

Role : Coordination Role

Location  : Ahmadabad

Salary      : 2.50 lac to 3.50 lac

Experience: 1 to 4 Years ..

Responsibilities

·      Responsible for HR Life Cycle

·      Strong holding in Coordination in Internal Team / Recruitment Vendor

·      Responsible for Coordinate with the Different Different Department / Stake Holders & get the open Position

·      Strong Holding on Coordination / Mail Communication

·      Coordinate with the HR Team / Recruitment Vendor & schedule the interview

·      Handle the Interview Schedule through the Telephonic/ Google meet/ F2F interview

·      Follow up with Team Manager / Department and assist with the candidate’s transition and on boarding process

·      Know your area of expertise (specialised industry or job function)

·      Research and develop recruiting leads

·        Handle the Smooth  procedures of Hiring / On boarding/ Attrition

·        Keep track of recruiting metrics (e.g. time-to-hire and cost-per-hire)

·        Follow up with offer candidates for Joining / Induction Training

Requirements

·      Proven working experience in recruiting – Coordination / Mail Communication

·      Deep understanding of recruitment processes / Coordination with Department 

·      Strong knowledge of candidates selection methods

·      Previous experience with candidate sourcing tools and methods

·      Excellent knowledge of area of expertise (market status, trends, best practices)

·      Client focus along with relationship building skills

·      Effective negotiation, influencing and communication skills
