Job Overview

We are hiring a Home Loan Sales Executive For HDFC Sales Pvt. Ltd. as part of our expanding sales force. As a Home Loan Sales Executive, you will be responsible for promoting and selling home loan products to potential customers. This is a full-time position based in Rajkot, Gujarat, India. We are looking for candidates with less than 1 year of experience in sales, particularly in the field of home loan sales. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills and will be driven to meet sales targets and achieve results.

Qualifications and Skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Field sales experience, preferably in the home loan or financial services industry
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
• Strong negotiation and persuasion skills
• Self-motivated and target-driven
• Graduate in any discipline
• Knowledge of loan products and financial services
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Good organizational and time management skills
• Willingness to travel for client meetings and sales activities
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

Roles and Responsibilities

• Promote and sell home loan products to potential customers
• Build and maintain a network of clients and referral sources
• Conduct market research and identify potential leads
• Provide excellent customer service and respond to customer inquiries
• Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the sales team
• Stay updated on industry trends and developments in the home loan market
• Prepare and present sales proposals to potential customers
• Negotiate terms and conditions with customers to close sales
• Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure smooth and efficient loan application processes
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer information
• Stay informed about competitors' products and services
• Attend training programs and stay updated on product knowledge and selling techniques
