Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Field Sales Representative to join our Sales team. 

Key Responsibilities:

> Generating leads and setting up meetings with the clients.

> Regularly visit potential and existing customers in assigned locations.

> Develop and execute effective sales strategies to meet or surpass sales targets.

> Identify and qualify leads, including cold-calling prospective customers.

> Build and maintain strong customer relationships through consistent communication and follow-up.

> Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions.

> Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential customers.

> Negotiate contracts and sales agreements for mutually beneficial outcomes.

> Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate sales efforts and provide necessary support.

> Maintain accurate records of sales activity, including calls, presentations, and closed deals.

> Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to network and generate leads.

> Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay informed about new features and enhancements.

> Participate in sales training and professional development programs for skill improvement.

Qualifications and Skills:

> Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred).

> Proven experience in field sales, in the IT industry.

> Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

> Strong sales aptitude and ability to close deals effectively.

> Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

> Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
