Responsibilities:

  • Analyze market data and consumer preferences to identify opportunities for business growth.

  • Qualify leads to ensure they align with the company's target audience and objectives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, real estate agents, and industry partners.
  • Develop rapport and trust with potential clients through effective communication and regular follow-ups.
  • Create and execute business development plans to achieve revenue targets.
  • Stay up-to-date with the company's real estate offerings, market trends, and industry regulations
  • Be able to effectively communicate the value proposition and benefits of the company's products and services.
  • Prepare compelling sales proposals and presentations tailored to the needs and preferences of prospective clients.
  • Negotiate terms, contracts, and pricing with clients to secure profitable deals.
  • Ensure all agreements comply with legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, client interactions, and sales activities

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (real estate knowledge is a plus).
  • Proven track record in business development and sales, preferably in the real estate industry.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Knowledge of real estate market trends, regulations, and competitors.
  • Excellent networking and relationship-building abilities.
