Responsibilities:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, real estate agents, and industry partners.
- Develop rapport and trust with potential clients through effective communication and regular follow-ups.
- Create and execute business development plans to achieve revenue targets.
- Stay up-to-date with the company's real estate offerings, market trends, and industry regulations
- Be able to effectively communicate the value proposition and benefits of the company's products and services.
- Prepare compelling sales proposals and presentations tailored to the needs and preferences of prospective clients.
- Negotiate terms, contracts, and pricing with clients to secure profitable deals.
- Ensure all agreements comply with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, client interactions, and sales activities
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (real estate knowledge is a plus).
- Proven track record in business development and sales, preferably in the real estate industry.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Knowledge of real estate market trends, regulations, and competitors.
- Excellent networking and relationship-building abilities.
