We are seeking a highly skilled Senior ReactJS Developer to join our dynamic team. As a Senior ReactJS Developer, you will be responsible for leading the development of innovative web applications using ReactJS.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of front-end components and user interfaces using ReactJS.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and back-end developers to deliver high-quality software solutions.
• Architect and implement scalable and reusable components and libraries.
• Optimize applications for maximum performance and scalability.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices in front-end development.
• Mentor and coach junior developers, providing guidance and support as needed.
• Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience working as a ReactJS Developer.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Experience with modern JavaScript libraries and frameworks (e.g., Redux, Vue.js, Nextjs).
• Solid understanding of front-end build tools and package managers (e.g., Webpack, npm).
• Experience with version control systems such as Git.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with server-side technologies such as Node.js.
• Familiarity with agile development methodologies.
• Experience with testing frameworks such as Jest or Enzyme.
• Knowledge of responsive design principles and techniques.
• Contributions to open-source projects or a strong portfolio of personal projects.
