Job Title: Immigration Counselor

We are currently seeking an experienced Immigration Counselor with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in student visas, work visas, and other immigration services.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Client Consultation: Conduct one-on-one consultations with clients to understand their immigration needs, preferences, and goals.
2. Visa and Immigration Services: Provide expert guidance and assistance to clients in obtaining student visas, work visas, and other immigration-related documents.
3. Documentation and Application Handling: Prepare, review, and submit visa applications, ensuring accuracy and compliance with immigration regulations.
4. Case Management: Manage and maintain client records, case files, and communication to ensure a seamless and organized immigration process.
5. Legal Compliance: Stay updated on immigration laws, regulations, and policy changes to provide accurate and current information to clients.
6. Client Support: Act as a point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and providing timely updates on the status of their applications.
7. Communication: Liaise with government authorities and agencies to track and expedite visa and immigration processes.
8. Problem Resolution: Assist in resolving any issues or complications that may arise during the immigration process.
9. Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Eligibilty:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in immigration counseling, particularly in student visas, work visas, and other immigration services.
• In-depth knowledge of immigration laws, regulations, and procedures.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
