Education: MBA, B.tech in Electronics
Experience: 2-3Yrs Minimum
Salary : 30K-35K
Key Responsibilities:
1. Give presentations about the company, its products, and solutions to prospective clients in the USA market.
2. Conduct online meetings with potential and existing clients to understand their needs, address inquiries, and showcase product offerings.
3. Visit the market to arrange and conduct one-on-one meetings with Project companies, OEM’s, distributors, retailers, and wholesalers.
4. Provide product demonstrations to clients, highlighting the features, benefits, and applications of our Solar Lighting products.
5. Negotiate contracts, pricing agreements, and terms with clients to secure sales and maximize profitability.
6. Close deals and follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any post-sale inquiries or concerns.
7. Handle export documentation, including preparing and processing sales orders, invoices, shipping documents, and customs clearance forms.
8. Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, logistics, and customer service, to ensure seamless order processing and delivery.
9. Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes affecting the electronics industry in the USA market.
10. Person from the Lighting, Solar Lighting Industry will be highly preferred
Qualifications:
1. MBA or Bachelor's degree in Electronics Engineering or related field.
2. 3-4 years of experience in sales management, preferably in the Lighting, Solar Lighting, Battery, Inverter industry.
