Job Overview

Team Lead with Senior: 7 to 10 years of experience in a dynamic and innovative Information Technology Company, iDigilogic, with a global presence in Insurance & Healthcare, technology, and Banking industry. Employment type: Remote. Job locations: Bangalore, Hyderabad, Mumbai. Salary range: Competitive.

Qualifications and Skills

• 7-10 years of experience in software development with expertise in React, Java 8 with Lambda expression, Amazon SQS, Jenkins, AWS CloudFormation and API development
• Backend knowledge of SQL, Spring jdbc
• Application Framework experience using Spring/Spring boot/Spring batch
• AWS Expertise-ECS, EC2
• Build/Deployment experience via Jenkin pipeline
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field

Roles and Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of developers in the design, development, and deployment of software solutions
• Guide team development efforts towards successful project delivery and maintain high standards of software quality within the team by establishing good practices and habits
• Proven experience in leading and mentoring a team
• Responsible for deciding how to approach tasks and develop a plan to accomplish them.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities
• Able to design and solve independently
• Provide technical guidance and support to team members
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand project requirements and deliver customer-centric solutions
• To delegate tasks to individual team members
• identify the team’s strengths and weaknesses. 
• Ensure team adherence to coding standards and best practices
• Conduct code reviews and performance evaluations of team members
