Role

SAP Production Planning role with 4 to 6 years of experience for an onshore role in Qatar.

The purpose of this role is to design, test and maintain software programs for operating systems or applications which needs to be deployed at a client end and ensure its meet 100% quality assurance parameters

Skills

•  Minimum of 4 years designing and configuring SAP PP module
•  Proven track record of implementing repetitive manufacturing business process and supporting make to order and stock to order process.
• Should be very hands on with Production Execution
• Production Planning Master DataProduction Order and Process Order Confirmation
• Discrete/Repetitive/Rework/Process Order execution configuration and process knowledge
• Production Order, Operations, BOM, Routing, Work center, Re-work order, GI for components, movement types etc.
• Experience in Batch management, Valuation type, Serial number management, Kanban process
•  Experience in integration with other applications such as Agile, MES, etc.
• Experience in IDOC with different systems
• Knowledge in QM (Master data, Inspection and Result recording)
• Knowledge of PP/MM/WM integration

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Create fnctional specifications and work with cross-functional teams and development teams to deliver the technical objects
•  Conduct unit and Integration testing , regression testing and UAT
•  Support ISI’s production processes and all associated business systems functions
•  Participate in business user meetings to gather process information for sound system solutions
• Collaborate and provide inputs to the development team during development phase to meet the business needs
• Conduct QA validations and participate on User Acceptance Testing (UAT) tests
•  Support, assist and train the users on new modified system configurations highlighting the impact on business processes
• Follow the Intuitive change management process for CR release
